Louis DeLuca is a Senior Staff Photographer at the Dallas Morning News, where he has worked since 1992.  DeLuca is a five-time NPPA Regional Photographer of the Year.  He has also worked for the Chicago Sun-Times, the Dallas Times Herald and the Shreveport Journal in his 28 year career. DeLuca will talk about staying “focused,” motivated and positive on  the job, even as the photojournalism business (and our lives) change almost daily.
